Working Bee at Warrnambool

Ken and I traveled down to Warrnambool to visit Jared and Jahzeel for the weekend.  We had planned to do a few odd jobs on the house but it ended up being major renovations.  Ken and Jared replaced some of the barge boards along the bottom of the house, pulled down and moved the old side fence and then in the dark Sunday night, repaired the chook shed.  Jahzeel and I sanded and scraped 2 walls of weatherboards.  Then I painted the walls a brilliant white whilst Jahzeel painted the barge boards a soft pastel green.  We capped the busy weekend off with eating pizza by camp fire out under the stars of a Warrnambool winter's night.  It was a wonderful weekend away but we are all now so tired!
